I have recenly updated my admin computer to Windows 10 and now Proseries does not recognize my license. Keep getting an error code 4 - - 1. The link provided does not work as well as the 1-800 number provided.

Go to tools, and click on license products
I'm experiencing the same problem. Only attempting to relicense the products from the Tools menu doesn't help. Is there another solution?
I have tried the tools licensing option. I am still getting the same error code.
I have called tech support twice. I followed all of their instructions. I still can't license this product. I paid a lot of money for this software and don't understand why nobody can figure this out! I'm going to have to buy another tax software!
