Importing from Financial Institutions

Is anyone else having issue with importing from financial institutions into 2025 and having 2024's information imported? I have had this happen with 2 clients now and when I call support they are no help. They have me do a fix, which does nothing. I am almost positive it is a coding problem. Anyone know who to contact about this that will actually get the problem fixed?

I had the same experience, 2024 data imported. I had to enter the transactions manually. I've given up contacting Intuit for help.

I did that for my first clients, but my second client doesn't want to have to pay for me to input them and I don't really want to input all 110 pages..

We know how disruptive it is when things don’t work as expected. Since this community is designed for peer-to-peer resource sharing, our technical team doesn't monitor these threads for troubleshooting. We do need you to reach out to our support team directly, even if you’ve already shared the details here. Our support specialists need a formal ticket, a clear summary of the topic and a client case file to investigate the behavior you're seeing. They have the tools to determine if it’s a quick fix, a change in instructions, a new unexpected behavior or one we’re already reviewing.

Reporting it through the proper channel ensures your specific case gets documented and addressed by the people who can fix it.

Help us help you by heading over to ProSeries Support so we can take a closer look!

I did call. They told me that I needed to run a fix on my program and that would fix it, which it didn't. They didn't create a ticket to have it further looked into.

I've had the same problem, and it is frustrating.   Some of us don't have time to waste calling tech support who can't fix the issue.   And what's more frustrating is do it yourselfers using Turbo Tax don't have this issue.  Maybe I should spend $79 instead of 2 to 3K..

this is why I don't import - I can type it faster than I can check to make sure it is correct.
