Anyone else having issues with new users set up in proconnect that are unable to access ProSeries software? It seems to be an issue on Intuit's side with credentialing and their access rights setup. Error message shows up when they try to log in saying your firm administrator needs to grant you access. However they have already been invited. In a separate, but maybe related note, in the 2019 software the option to "Manage User Rolls" is now greyed out.

I think this may be related to my problem as well. Please be careful because we found out the hard way that the "User Roles" don't apply anymore when it comes to deleting tax returns. Previously only Administrator's could delete returns.
