We're aware of the issue, it seems to be intermittent so continue to try.
I tried it over 10 times, still no go......I just shut off my wi-fi, logged in offline and turned my wi-fi back on....at least the program still works!
Just tried for the umpteenth time, got in this time! Guess I got lucky finally after all day trying... Hope this is fixed by tomorrow!
It may be intermittent, but it has been over 5 hours and still unable to open my software after many tries.
