After I work on a tax return I get the message: PROSERIES HAS STOPPED WORKING
A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY. WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND NOTIFY YOU IF A SOLUTIONIS AVAILABLE.
This happens after I have worked on a return and I'm ready to print it. It prints the first page then I get this letter. This happens on 3 to 4 returns a day. I go back into Proseries and it is fine for a couple of returns.
I've restarted the computer and updated the program and still get this error.

If you are using a 32 bit system, you want to uninstall any modules (extra states, 1040NR, etc) that you currently aren't using. You can add them back after Intuit as a more permanent fix.
