I have multiple individual returns experiencing this issue. There is a balance due to VA, bank info is input on federal info worksheet, federal efiles and drafts balance due with no issue. VA has no errors in final review, the bank info is showing properly in the VA info worksheet, but it isn't populating on the Form 760 for some reason. When doing conversion to efile, it fails and says there is an error with the electronic funds withdrawal information.
What do I do? The only solution I can think of is to go to state website and manually make the payment with clients, but I don't have time for that with the number of returns that need filed asap. This has to be a glitch, right?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Yes, I have experience the same thing with Virginia electronica payments through the software. Here’s what you do… Have the client pay the bill online at the Virginia Department of revenue website. Then, when you e-file the return, take the check box off for the conversion testing. It will pop up a screen telling you that it is not going to do a conversion test and so you simply say I don’t care at that screen. And let it in the file without doing the conversion test works perfectly for e-filing
