I have a client that keeps getting rejected due to no form 1095-A he states that he has no insurance and does not plan on getting it how or can we e-file this return?

The marketplace issued a 1095A with his SSN on it, he needs to call them and find out what they've got on file for him. www.healthcare.gov
Sounds like he may have unwittingly signed up (maybe he was just looking for a quote) and has an account, they dont cancel for non payment.
