pro series basic download

Is anyone else having a problem downloading 2021 pro basic program directly from the 2020 program. Attempted to do so and it took me on a trip to "my account" in search of the Fast Path. This did not lead anywhere. In all these years never had a problem "buying" the following years program.

I "think" if you didnt use auto-renewal and pay back in November, you need to call in to make the purchase now.

Never had auto renewal in the past and never had  problem. In any case as I was contacting support the site cooperated. Thank you for your reply.

andit took me to lacerete

for the money we pay the

customer service " really sucks!!!!!!!
