printing return from older version (2012)

I have a completed 2012 return in Homebase.  For whatever reason, I don't have a printed copy in my file.  Tried to print but box came up telling me I needed to increase by account balance ($45 fed/st).  Even though my 2012 software was for unlimited returns, I attempted to increase my balance.  Again a box. stating an error and to contact customer support.  No support for 2017 and prior
