I have an efile error for NC [D-400] A Federal return (1040, 1040NR) must be provided

Have you had any luck with this error message?

No, we received the rejection on all of the NC returns we sent on Thursday.
NCDOR site only lists the error as missing information.
Proseries Electronic Filing Client Status History only says "[D-400] A Federal return (1040, 1040NR) must be provided" and to fix the error and resubmit.

When we run error checks on the returns, there are none to fix?

 Seems to be due to Fed returns not being sent with NC e-file submissions.

I went into TR- made sure of no errors- resaved- and resent to NC.

It has now been accepted.
