No, we received the rejection on all of the NC returns we sent on Thursday.
NCDOR site only lists the error as missing information.
Proseries Electronic Filing Client Status History only says "[D-400] A Federal return (1040, 1040NR) must be provided" and to fix the error and resubmit.

When we run error checks on the returns, there are none to fix?
