Is anyone else having issues logging in today? Wondering before I call tech support. I enter my password then a pop up shows "name missing". I have tried to view on website but the account information isn't loading either.

Same issue with Lacerte, admin accounts don't know any of our products if we log in online. Tech support is swamped, eventually you get a message to keep trying and you'll eventually log in (which I did).

Yes, I am having this issue with 2023 software. I tried to call tech support and the auto-attendant said they were closed.
Same for me, and when I click the Account management link on the screen it takes me to a Training Portal. SMFH

Yes, the 990 form Return is due tomorrow, May 15, 2025. I called the Office, but it is closed. I tried to increase my PPR, but no one helped.

Same here, I went to task manager, and closed out, and logged in again and it worked.
Was there a Fix to this? I haven't been able to login to Proseries 2024!
I kept trying to log in and finally was able to. I had no issues this morning.
