It also re-enables itself when we do a new install.

This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed, although I bet they can't. They never mentioned these changes to who can update the program.

You can't. Intuit has no firm-wide way to manage users like that. Every user needs to enable it manually.

Why oh why don't they post this on the Lacerte portion of the forum, or push a notification?
