Same issue with Lacerte, admin accounts don't know any of our products if we log in online. Tech support is swamped, eventually you get a message to keep trying...

Agreed, it is not a fix or the correct way of doing it. The program needs to be fixed.

That won't fix Lacerte replacing entries with other entries. Do you have this issue and fixed it this way?

We've had this happen to us multiple times, a fix would be nice.

We are debating, if Lacerte doesn't revert this, re-clicking the Web Pay box after the return/payments are completed.
