Is this upon opening the program, opening a form?
When I attempt to e-file clients tax returns
And rebooting your computer didn't help?
Rebooting did not help
Try clicking on your computer start menu. Go to ProSeries and then click on repair updates. See if that does anything for you.

I guess you aren't the first person to have the problem:
I still have not gotten a solution. Even after speaking with Intuit IT support.
Did you try running as administrator as mentioned in the link?
I have already tried that solution. It did not work.
Sorry, I don't have any solutions for you. I hate to say it, but you might want to give support another call. Not all support people are created equal so you might have better luck the second time around.

A few customers had this issue a year ago. I do not think Intuit is interested in fixing this issue. I think they want everyone to move to the cloud solution. I do think it is time to look at other tax software after twenty plus years.
I am having the same issues. Is your Proseries on VPN?
It is not on a network drive.
