Florida 1099-G federal tax ID number. How can I find it?

My client cannot obtain her form 1099-G.  We need federal tax ID number for electronic filing.

With the help of Google ----  Has your client tried this :    You can log into CONNECT and click on “My 1099G/49T” to view and print ... the Customer Service Contact Center: 1-833-FL-APPLY (1-833-352-7759) Mon.
