Can we download name and address of clients?

I want to do a letter to all of my clients can I transfer the names and address to excel or word?

You cannot export client data according to Exporting Client Data to Excel. 

How do I use the HomeBase view in ProSeries? has information on how to export.

If you follow this article, you should be able to export client detail to a CSV file
