PROSERIES HAS STOPPED WORKING WHEN I GO TO PRINT AFTER WORKING ON A TAX RETURN.

After I work on a tax return I get the message:  PROSERIES HAS STOPPED WORKING

A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY.  WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND NOTIFY YOU IF A SOLUTIONIS AVAILABLE.

This happens after I have worked on a return and I'm ready to print it.  It prints the first page then I get this letter.  This happens  on 3 to 4 returns a day.  I go back into Proseries and it is fine for a couple of returns. 

I've restarted the computer and updated the program and still get this error.

If you are using a 32 bit system, you want to uninstall any modules (extra states, 1040NR, etc) that you currently aren't using.  You can add them back after Intuit as a more permanent fix.

How can we uninstall a single form.  I don't need form 8903 this year.  Is there a way I can get it out of the system?

Luckily for you, Intuit took care of that issue for you
It appears to me that everyone in Iowa has asked for that form.  I don't know if it is going to be like the B-2 and magically appear one day, or if they are just going to say screw it and piss off everybody in Iowa.

If you didn't want to uninstall the 1040NR, you could try to print to PDF, then print the PDF. We realize neither option is ideal but will allow you to continue to work without constant crashing while we continue to investigate the issue.
