Proseries Freezing

Almost every single time I switch to the state, well not every but usually when I switch over to the state proseries now freezes on me. It can be for 5 seconds, or 30 or even a minute sometimes more. It will happen almost every single time and sometimes it might not happen at all! Intuit and proseries support seem to blame my internet and that it is slow but i have 510 Mbps download speed and 358 upload speed so I do not think that is the issue. The program literally freezes not sure if anyone if running into the same problem and has found a solution.

Do you have it installed on a cloud-based platform?

If it was installed on your computer (not a cloud), you shouldn't need ANY internet and whoever is telling you that is completely clueless.

Is this the new 2025 program?  If so, it tends to be pretty useless until at least mid-December (and even then, until mid-January until it is mostly functional).

Which version and which year of ProSeries are you having trouble with?

We are on a network server. I agree it should not be connecting to internet. It seems to be when the system retrieves the state files and forms and attempts to load them. I still have not resolved and am currently going crazy

Hello read through this and have attempted these fixes of the tool repair and update and it did not work. not sure if that solution is to what you were referring to! Thanks for the help

Proseries professional. The issues is happening with every single year except the new 2025... I freeze going into the states almost every single time, sometimes a message box pops up saying "one moment please wait". Maryland for example freezes every single time at least 10 seconds and the message box never pops up.
