TAX HISTORY REPORT: The Fee History is still printing on the Client Copy. I don't need them to see how much my fee has gone up over the past 5 years

Many people have complained.  I think they've got their hands full with program stability & forms availability issues at the moment, something like that may not be a top priority.

Cut your fees this year - that should make forget about all of those old increases - or just don’t give them the form.
