I always get auto renew discount. I don't see it on my invoice for 2018.
Please explain.

Good afternoon, as indicated this isn't support but rather a peer-to-peer forum, but based on your information posted I was able to pull your account information and the total of $4826.18 included a $250 Auto Renew Discount. Your order confirmation email should include that breakout too. But, should you have any questions you can contact support at 800-434-6818.

This is NOT Intuit support...its a peer 2 peer forum.You should remove your personal info as there are trolls out. Then call customer service.
The original renewal you should have received earlier this year showed the discount. The bill you just received showed the amount as net, rather than a separate line for the gross and discount.
The only renew discount I know of is the early bird discount for $150, I believe. The auto renew I didnt feel was worth it for me. If auto renew was a greater %, I believe more would opt for this. But profit profit profit is the word of the day. 🙂
