There was a glitch in the system that did not create my State esignature. I went through the process the same as I always do. Other files processed properly but one. I called support and the representative tried for 34 minutes to resolve the issue and found nothing wrong with what I did. My complaint is that Pro Series will not credit me for the system glitch and claim it's not possible because the service is provided by a third-party. I think they should provide a credit. It's not about the amount but the principle of standing behind your product, including services you're providing through a partnership.
Has anyone else had this type of problem? I think it's poor customer service.
