When trying to send eSignature to client, it says that there is not a valid email. However, there is a valid email for both spouses on the information worksheet. (I've checked it multiple times.) Any ideas?

If you are still receiving this message, one thing you could try is removing the email addresses, save the file and then typing them back in. If this does not work, we would connect with ProSeries Support for assistance with this.
