Does Pennsylvania a child tax credit

I'm doing a PA tax return for the 1st time, for a client who's a single parent, that has a minor dependent.

I don't see an option for HOH filing status and don't see that they give a Child Tax Credit, like NJ, my home state.

Am I missing something?
