Every time I request an E-signature form a Client, it tells me it cannot process the request. There are no alerts on the client's return, Pro series help desk tried everything to resolve including uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I am still unable to e-file my client's returns.

This unexpected behavior has been reported to development for further review for 2024 eSignature Errors When Submitted Using One Click Signature: Request Not Sent in ProSeries. As we review this, the workaround is eSignatures can be sent from the Client Screen.
