E-Filing 2017 Return

I can't transmit a 2017 Tax Return. I have done everything right but it just doesn't get e-filed. It stays as "Ready to Transmit". What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

2017 returns can no longer be e-filed.

MeF only accepts the current year, plus two prior years.

You didn't do everything right - the e-filling period for 2017 returns closed back in November. Only 3 open years at time for e-filing.
