You cant just download from your Intuit account?  I didn't even realize they still mailed software out anymore.

I still get the disks.  You don’t get them because CA charges sales tax on the hard copy but not the download.  In MN we pay sales tax either way so that I get my money’s worth and get the whole package ———- just in case I need to load the 2018 version 40 years from now :smile:

Yes, Ray, I'm having the same problem. DHL's tracking is never updated it seems. Still shows 12/26 as the "shipped date".  Website refers you to the seller (Intuit).  Fairly useless...I've been waiting for 11 days to received my CDs.  I guess I'm old-school, but I prefer to load the program from the disks.

I load mine from the disk also.  And it was around late December this past year.  Gives me a reason to wait to download.  One year I did not receive so I downloaded from previous year program and called Intuit and they mailed me my disk later.  I think I have disks from 2000 or so to reload if needed.

But you don't NEED the CDs,  the download is available online.
