Yes, Ray, I'm having the same problem. DHL's tracking is never updated it seems. Still shows 12/26 as the "shipped date".  Website refers you to the seller (Intuit).  Fairly useless...I've been waiting for 11 days to received my CDs.  I guess I'm old-school, but I prefer to load the program from the disks.
