I use ProSeries on a Windows PC - I recently transferred from a Windows PC to a Mac Mini with Parallels and Win 11 in that so followed customer service and moved all the files from prowin22 to new prowin22 folder and imported all clients.
Personal Returns - 100% of them I was able to update with checking their efile for updates.
Business Returns - 0% of them updated. So already efiled returns show as ready to efile.
Any thoughts? Much appreciated

Highlight the returns in the EFCenter, then choose Update Acks of Selected Returns and that will pull the EF info back in
