Why did the update on 2/7/23 remove the program from my computer?
Also, I isn't being able to be reinstalled.
How can your program be removed from your computer and you are able to send out this Email?
The program is gone, or just the desktop icon?
Have you rebooted, if not then do so.
Check for the program under Windows/Start menu
Run WebSetUp. Force install if necessary
GO to MyAcoount & download again,
& download ToolHub too.
The update had an issue with my anti-virus software and the program ended up being quarantined.
I was on the phone with Lacerte support over an hour last night and they could not resolve the situation.
We spent most of the time diagnosing thru ToolHub, ran WebSetUp twice as well as rebooting.
Apparently some one in the "next level" of support is going to reach out to me soon (hopefully).
I am not emailing out of the program.

Sounds like you need to tell the antivirus software that Lacerte is safe. Or turn it off and reinstall Lacerte, then turn it back on.

I just got off the phone with Lacerte support and the issue has been resolved.
My IT guy created some exceptions in the anti virus software.
I also disabled the anti virus during the reinstall and everything went smooth.
Up and running.
