Anyone else have a problem with Lacerte 24 where you cannot select any individual filing clients from the all clients view?
I can select all my business and corp clients, but when I go to Individual clients and I am in the "all clients" filter I can't actually open or select any clients. I can highlight their name, but in the bottom left it says "0 out of xxx selected"
If I go to the e-filing view I can select and open them there.
All other co-workers can't do it either on my computer but we can on theirs.
My old computer had this issue. I just got a brand new computer and issue persists. So new computer and new installation is problematic. I don't have any issues on anyone else's machine that had Lacerte installed previously.
Also to note I have Lacerte 2014-2024 installed. No issues on any of them except Lacerte 24.
Any advice. Anything I could be missing?

I appreciate the response. I attempted the reinstall using the tool. We did this and the issue persisted.
We were going to reach out to Intuit Tech support because this was only happening to this user on this machine. If we went to any other machine it was fine.
Right before we contacted Intuit support the user added a column to their display and the issue appears to have resolved itself. (we did view this column editor many times during troubleshooting but we never added any columns as part of trouble shooting).

I would do the FORCE install, then shut down the computer, followed by a restart.

I have noticed more pop ups this year. Often they are behind the program and sit there waiting for you to click a response. This sounds like one of those circumstances.
Use Alt Tab to show all the available windows and repeatedly touching Alt + Tab will get you to that hidden window.
