I called 800-933-9999 Why do I wait on the phone > 1/2 hour?

a) Because they don't have enough staff
b) Because people tie up the lines with stuff that is not Support related
1/2 hr is way better than IRS.
Only a half hour....wow !!
Hopefully they solved your problem; if not, post here as we often solve issues & usually faster.
That's a very deep question. Why would anyone wait on the phone that long unless they absolutely have to? Personally I would first try a search here. If that wouldn't help, then I would try posting a question here. Phone calls to support are the next to last step for me. The last step is throwing the computer out of the window into the parking lot. It doesn't fix things, but it makes me feel better.
Last time I asked this question, they asked me to call 1-800-922-2222...
Then they explained, "That is, 1-800-WAA-AAAA...."
