Updated Lacerte 2019 on 2/3/20. When opening the program, I get the error "List Index Out of Bounds'.
I am also getting'1(1)' is not a valid integer value in settings>client invoice in 2020.
I have been on the phone with support multiple times since then and have tried everything on their list of possible solutions. I have been told that my Case number has been escalated to the highest level and someone will call me.
I have been using Lacerte for 20 years and have never had an experience like this!
Does anyone know how to reach high level support?

Thank you George4Tacks. I have been searching this forum and found these threads and have tried them all. I also found one regarding xfinity internet service causing problems so I am going to call them. I have been using them all along with no issues though.
I have never had a problem with xfinity in 20 years. I would lean more toward an antivirus program or Microsoft.
