Can someone tell me what the columns mean? One is unreadable and the other is 99 or quotation marks?

there is but you have to Remember to check it for every client. Only NY calculated the estimates when they aren't required.

NYC is always very late. A few years ago it took to 3/1 to get the forms due 3/15.
