I'm from the Bay Area, California and I'm a new Dad enjoying the journey that comes with it. I'm a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers, playing flag football, fantasy football and listening to music on a daily basis to keep me sane. I've been in the online community space for some time, providing moderation and customer support for various companies and organizations throughout my career. I'm excited to be apart of this community, learning from all community members - from the new customers coming in with a question all the way to the Champions that engage in the community regularly.
