Is it just me or is the waiting time for tech support becoming simply unbearable. I had to wait 5+ hours the other day for a call back. The product is very good. The service is very terrible.

1) Which product are you complaining about?
2) Do you have a speaker phone, so you can continue to be productive while waiting?
3) Have you considered posting your problem HERE, and perhaps one of us'n volunteers just might be able to solve it in less than 5 hours.
