Here in Arizona the sluggish Department of Revenue has been bogged down by politics. But two of our neighbors were prepared yesterday:
Soon after the IRS and U.S. Treasury announced that the April 15 deadline would be pushed to May 17, the California Franchise Tax Board said it would do the same.

According to Utah State Tax Commission spokesperson Tammy Kikuchi, Utah will follow suit with the federal government and also extend its tax filing deadline to May 17.

Prior to IRS, MD extended everything to July 15.
Oregon is conforming too.
Albeit in the same stunted 2020-is-extended-but-2021-estimates-are-not manner.
