    I saw others asking about the CD being mailed last week, not sure why they haven't gone out yet.

    You know you can download from your Intuit online account, right?

    I haven't received mine yet either, even though I had an email that told me they were shipped.

    I received my Professional version long ago.  Maybe the Basic version is being shipped pony express and the pony got tired and went on vacation,

    You can also download from your 2017 if you already have that installed on your machine by going to HELP and selecting DOWNLOAD NEXT YEARS PROSERIES PRODUCT.
