When will the K-1s start transferring to the QBI worksheets or am I missing a block or something to check to make it happen?

What type of entity?  On the bottom of the K-1 on the individual return there is a box you can double click on to link it to a QBI worksheet.

S-Corporation K-1.  I mark the box at the bottom of the K-1 but nothing happens.  Why?
