With error code 54 every time I try to update, they say no updates are available. What's the deal with the software. This has been the worst support and experience year I have ever had with Pro Series software and I have been using it forever. Also, first year with the cloud and have to reboot the software numerous times. When are updates going to be available so I can e-file the several returns I have
Sorry, I don't use the cloud.... never will.... I was going to suggest running repairs but when you bring 'the cloud' into the picture, I have no clue. It sounds like (another) call to support.
