Let it be or manually put them in the correct order. For efiled returns Intuit said this doesn't matter.

The more I know, the more I don't know.

Well, I for one am tired of the "let it be" philosophy that ProSeries is making us put up with. The quality and service has been declining steadily over the last several years. I post questions, report issues, talk with Tech Support and the end result is that nothing is fixed. But, we just keep rolling along and that's my fault.

Hello Intuit! For client presentation, it DOES matter. I, for one, care that clients are receiving a professional looking and correctly put together tax return. For the price that we pay for the software, which is passed on to our clients, we/they deserve for it to print correctly and not have us waste time putting returns in the correct order. (Time=Money!) Please fix this software glitch.

It matters to me as well. ProSeries just wants us to accept the "duct tape and baling wire" approach of as long as it works, just go along with it.

@jerome520 @msmith7305 the only way to get this fixed is to call and report the problem and then call back regularly for an update.  The squeaky wheel and all.

This was corrected in an update released last night, please ensure you have the most current update installed, and you should no longer see this issue occurring.  (I'm doing the same now to confirm)

The good news is, today they are working on investigation number 1,931.  They will be up to  #31882 in no time.

Use Print Preview.  They appear to print in the correct order for me when I use that option.

Actually, when I Print the entire return or Print Preview they print in the correct order, its only when I choose Print Selected Forms that they come out in the wrong order (they're listed in that list of forms to Select in the wrong order too).

Maybe I just got lucky, I've only goofed around with it on one return, someone needed a copy (...Ive wasted enough paper now)
