I keep getting this message. Totally frustrating and wasting a lot of time.

Hmm...I don't seem to have an email. I've searched my emails for one.

@SS712 Activation email re-sent, please check your mailbox and use your CAN as access code to activate.
The email needs to be activated and if you have an account with docusign, you will need to authenticate your existing account. Then it works like a charm.
