Computer is freezing when attempting to open a client from the Home Base. The "Pay by Refund" ad is present.
When I disable the Norton Smart Fire Wall, I'm OK.
Any thoughts or workarounds for this issue?
I think you found the workaround, can you exclude ProSeries from Nortons firewall protection?
On the "Pay by Refund" ad , there is a close button. If you close it, you will be able to use proSeries program. Did you try that and its still freezing,? can you share screenshot
I use Norton, and you can exclude ProSeries from VPN.
FWIW that dumb window popped up on my screen too, but it let me hit the X in the corner, I couldnt even read the entire message in the window, the window was too small, so Im not sure it there was a button to click yes or no, I just X'd it
