I spent two hours on the phone with Intuit customer technical service and they could not help me. They could not figure it out. I purchase the Topaz model that pro-series recommended before I purchased the model so that I could get the support. Can anyone help me?
Interested as well. We did the same, but the signature isn't showing up. Everything is set-up as per the instructions, and the signature is there in the signature screen; but isn't printing on the returns.
