Residency ?

I have an elderly client whom has lived in Washington her whole life. In July she moved to a Nursing facility in Idaho. Do I need to do a split of 6 months in Washington and 6 months in Idaho? She would be paying Idaho tax!!!

Why would she not be paying Idaho tax?  When the facility calls 911 to resuscitate her, the paramedics are paid with Idaho tax collections.

Kind of a key point.  She is now an Idaho resident.
