I contacted support on two different dates, spending over a 2.5 hour time frame, attempting to get my esignature program functioning. No one was able to aid me.
I asked for a refund of my 35 signatures I purchased. That was two weeks ago. They said that they were escalating the issue and I should get an answer in 3 to 5 days.
I called today and was told that someone would call me today. Of course I did not get a call. Does anyone have an email to pro series management? Thanks for listening.
