I contacted support on two different dates, spending over a 2.5 hour time frame, attempting to get my esignature program functioning. No one was able to aid me.
I asked for a refund of my 35 signatures I purchased. That was two weeks ago. They said that they were escalating the issue and I should get an answer in 3 to 5 days.
I called today and was told that someone would call me today. Of course I did not get a call. Does anyone have an email to pro series management? Thanks for listening.

Thank you for your patience. I'll look into this for you.
In the meantime, there's a reported error "2024 eSignature Errors When Submitted Using One Click Signature: Request Not Sent in ProSeries". If you haven't tried it already, the workaround is eSignatures can be sent from the Client Screen.
Keep me updated if this is resolved for you otherwise I'll keep you updated on this thread.
