I need the Federal ID# and address for the 1099-G you receive when you get a state tax refund from the state of WI.

You should have Bookmarked it while you were there, so that now, you have this as a resource. Why would we need to look up something for you, then copy and paste for you? Did you know your peers are voluntarily helping, but also, a bit busy right now?

That's the number I had for unemployment, but some states have a different one for the state refund. Appreciate it.
