Will a local return completed in ProSeries Basic be filed electronically?

I'm completing a return for an Ohio customer, and need to file a local tax return (R.I.T.A.). If the local return is prepared using ProSeries Basic will this automatically e-file this return or will it need to be filed by paper?

We need to be able to e-file RITA! Do I have to use for Lacerte for this again?

If you don't want to paper file, it sounds like Lacerte is going to be your choice.
