Why am I getting this message and how do I unlock it? I had been in and out of the file previously. I exited client file and downloaded NJ state, that I had added as a state to client's file. When I returned to homebase, I couldn't access client file. Message was that it was locked by ProSeries 2022 Network. I know some NJ forms take longer to be released; but I should be able to get into his file. Help.....
