I have a message that says I need to update software to access my intuit account. What is this all about?
Do you get the message when you're logging into PS or when you're trying to access your account through the internet? Not really sure which software they are asking for you to update. If it persists you may try a call to tech support.

Thanks Sky, but back only periodically during "THE" season. Forum is slow to answer or to get back to homepage where you were. You can't just drop in quick to browse and answer quick. I don't have time for all the clicking. And god forbid if you go to the 2nd page of questions. Intuit sees to it that you go back to 1st page when you leave. I already have a god (wife) who tells me where to go. I don't need another.
The message reads if I receive an error message i need to update. There has been no error message and everything works just fine. I was making out that I had a problem where no problem exist. You know, old age is a **bleep**.
